POLICIES

I take all of my policies very serious as my business is extremely important to me as well as my time, schedule and every one of my clients. I am understanding that life happens.. however, I am running a business and would appreciate the same understanding on all of my policies. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and for your business.

Booking Policy

All new clients are required to fill out the “new client form”. Once received, I will reach out to you to schedule a consultation or you are welcome to book a consultation yourself through my online booking. During your consultation, we will have a thorough discussion about your hair needs, desired look and pricing. If I feel we are a good fit we will move forward with booking an official appointment. A credit card will be required at booking to have on file for any changes in services or other violations of the cancellation policy (should there be any). If you refuse to leave a card on file then you will not be permitted to book any services with me.

 

Late policy

You will be given a 10-minute grace period from the start time of your appointment. After 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment, or your services will be limited in order to not interfere with other client’s appointments. If we have to reschedule your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation (please see cancellation policy) and you will be charged 100% of the services booked for that day. If you are consistently late to your appointments, you will not be permitted to schedule any further appointments.

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to give ample time to reschedule someone else in your place. If any cancellation is made under 24 hours then a charge of 50% of the total cost of service(s) will be implemented.

Holiday policy

Due to increased demand during the busy holiday season, I require a 7-day notice of any appointment shifts(adding/subtracting services) or cancellations. Any appointment cancellation less than 7 days in advance will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment. I can not guarantee to fit you back on my schedule prior to January 5, 2023 if any adjustments are made to your appointment. No show Policy

If you fail to contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and do not show up on your scheduled day/time then you will be charged 100% of the cost of scheduled service(s).

 

Covid Salon Policy

Due to an ongoing battle with COVID, we ask that you please refrain from bringing others (including children, friends, relatives and partners) with you to your appointment so please plan accordingly. No pets please (service animals welcome).

Cell phone policy

Cell phones are distracting and disruptive to other guests in the salon. We ask that you please bring a pair of headphones should you need to make any personal or work calls or feel free to step outside.
